Responsible for the following fields: soft collection, hard collection, legal collection, movable asset management, complaint handling, debt sale, debt collection agencies in consumer finance and leasing divisions also.

My primary task is to determine and fulfil the whole collection and workout strategy from the soft collection until closure/debt sale in the retail and in the corporate division. Also responsible for asset repossession and complaint handling on corporate level by leading 54 FTEs including bank and leasing experts.

Responsible for the Bank's soft and hard collection processes until contract termination. Supervising of the collection call-center and partner DCAs, set KPIs and targets for the department.

Responsible for the retail and corporate soft collection process and strategy. Set and measure KPIs for the phone collectors. Process management, give feedback to colleagues and report for the Head of Retail Collection. Lead 25 phone collectors with 2 teamleaders.

I was responsible for the field collectors' collection efficiency, for the transfer of the cases and their motivating. Leading 5 people and 3 more at the back office. Weekly and monthly reports, tenders and trainings about the bank's new products and restructuring solutions.
