Designed and implemented the Enterprise Supply Chain Risk Management Program (E-SCRM) by protecting the Department’s internal supply chain from threats directed toward the lifecycle of mission-critical products, materials, information, services, and grants. Ensured program requirements and tactical and strategic short- and long-term plans and initiatives are articulated to program liaisons for successful implementation of the E-SCRM Program. Advise and represent the Deputy Secretary and Deputy Assistant Secretary for National Security of SCRM strategies, policies, national security support, and management direction.

Provided executive leadership, direction, and support services for the agency's national security program. Represented the agency and fostered opportunities with U.S. Intelligence Community agencies, other Federal agencies, state and local law enforcement, private sector, and international organizations to support CDC's global public health mission. Ensured the success by advancing the organizational vision across diverse workstreams, balancing national security interests with evolving public health threats. Led multiple Lean Six Sigma quality business improvement reviews of office programs to identify and implement system and customer service improvements. Assessed unforeseen developments, new phenomena, and difficulties encountered, recommending changes in direction and approach to establish the foundations of the agency’s national security program.

Executive Office of the President/Office of Budget and Management (OMB)/Office of Performance and Personnel Management (OPPM) Promoted the President's Management Agenda, concentrating on human capital management transformation by aligning and strategically managing the workforce to protect Federal Government staff, systems, information, and mission efficiently and effectively. Furthered the President's Reform Plan and Reorganization Recommendations to advance organizational alignment through transition planning, interagency cooperation and coordination, and strategic transformation, reducing redundancy and increasing accountability of the Executive Branch. Advanced civil service reform initiatives, collaborating across Federal departments/ agencies, professional associations, labor unions, and private industry. Participated in the President's budget development by co-authoring the Fiscal Year 2020 Reorganization Analytical Perspective Chapter.

Led the growth of the national security program from inception to designation as a standalone entity, to include strategic development, human resources, budgetry planning and execution, contract management, training, and complex technical equipment acquisition. Ever-increasing leadership responsibility for the day-to-day operation of the Intelligence and Communications Security Branch which involved developing new concepts, guides, and methodologies for the resolution of unprecedented problems.
