Tamaki Hasegawa

I joined KOSÉ Corporation in April 2023 and have been in charge of marketing for DECORTÉ since joining the company. I have gained the following experiences so far. ・Led team as an event co-ordinator and organized DECORTÉ's first holiday event. Additionally, working cohesively with various departments and achieved ¥14 million in sales at Isetan Shinjuku in seven days, exceeding the target sales by 1.4 times. ・Contributed to the launch of KOSÉ's first functional food product, 'DECORTÉ SUN SHELTER INNER WHITE PROTECTION'. As the product manager, took the lead in uncharted territory, responsible for regulatory approval, creating leaflets, developing the online boutique page, and planning promotions. ・Analyzing comparables to plan the production volume of upcoming products. With products launched not only in Japan but also in international markets, I analyze market conditions in each country and adjust production volumes accordingly to meet local demand. ・As DECORTÉ's SDGs lead, I spearhead initiatives such as the Purple Ribbon Campaign, International Women's Day events, and the conservation of birch forests. ・I serve as the primary liaison between Japan, Europe, and North America, facilitating communication in both English and Japanese.

Completed an internship as a marketer at Innscience Company.

In addition to studying law, I also specialized in human rights, gaining knowledge in this field. In the seminar, I studied tax law and engaged in debates based on topics related to tax law. In my third year of university, I won the Four Universities Debate Tournament. I took a two-year leave of absence from university to study abroad in Toronto, Canada. In Toronto, I not only improved my English but also gained a variety of experiences by working locally, attending college, and participating in internships as well.
