With a diverse background spanning agriculture, construction, robotics, and the energy sector, I bring a unique blend of hands-on expertise and strategic leadership. With a lifetime of involvement in our family’s fur farm, gaining deep insights into operational efficiency and industry sustainability. I then founded and scaled a construction company to over 100 employees, successfully delivering large-scale projects across the Western United States. Currently, I serve as the General Manager for ProSteel, leading our team in delivering exceptional steel solutions for high-end residential and large-scale commercial projects. In addition, I consult with companies to integrate robotics and streamline efficiencies, optimizing performance and profitability. My experience also includes working in the oil field, further strengthening my understanding of industrial operations and innovation. Driven by problem-solving and efficiency, I am passionate about building systems that enhance productivity and create long-term value.
