The Army Intelligence Technological Unit is an elite unit consisting mainly of research & development engineers. My responsibilities includes overall management and planning of the human resources needs in 3 divisions at this unit as well as overall responsibility for all HR issues.

* Joined 5 months after Cyota was acquired by RSA Security. * Supporting the organization growth from 140 employees to more than 400 employees * Leading change management process connected to the business growth and cultural changes * Supporting the post acquisition integration process of Cyota acquisition into RSA and RSA acquisition into EMC * HR business partner working with the local senior management team, providing executive coaching to leaders and managers * Working with leaders in the US and India for supporting change management process and effective management in matrix organization * Leading organizational development activities such as team building & development, strategic planning and work plan establishment for different groups in the organization * Successfully led recruiting and employees retention * Implementing and managing global HR process such as succession planning, employees satisfaction surveys, performance reviews in alignment with the corporate plans * Responsibility for all talent management activities * Managing the teams of HR and Administration

* HR business partner for Avaya Israel leaders (mainly R&D group) as well as to the Sales organizations located in Greece, Turkey and South Africa. * Leading all Human Resources process which includes recruitment of technical talent and * managers, performance reviews, employees training & development, rewards & recognition, * compensation & benefits, succession planning, employees surveys. * Implementing and managing HR process & practices defined at the corporate level in the local site * Leading organizational development activities * Coaching managers through organizational changes

* Responsibilities include creating a cross organization recruitment plan for Avaya Israel aligned with Avaya Inc; * Successfully led recruitment of technical talent in a competitive market * Establishment of new candidate selection processes within the organization

Responsible for managing and implementing all recruitment activities within the Technological center in this unit; Managing the training & development activities for the Technological center’s academic personnel.

Establishing a business specializing in qualifying parents for managing their family effectively while being parents who in parallel develop careers. While running this business I was lecturing in organizations, conducting parenting workshops for managers, workshops for parents and private consulting for parents and managers.
