* To lead & manage the end-to-end Supply Chain value stream of Work Wear manufacturing including Strategic Sourcing, Procurement, Material Planning, Production/Capacity Planning, Shipment Planning, Imports, Exports, Sub-Contracting, Warehouse Operations, Contracts Management & Logistics. * To deliver the organization’s business commitments by driving maximum sales within lead times & contribute to achieve the net profitability targets with 100% OTIF against budget. * To maintain the lowest possible cash-to-cash cycle & working capital while creating a synergy among inventory, receivables & payables. * To ensure development, execution & monitoring of monthly production & shipment plans to drive the customer commitments by supporting the delivery of strategies & tactics for growth while utilizing maximum capacities. * To get the material requirements generated using MRP through SAP & ensure the timely deliveries from suppliers followed by procure-to-pay cycle considering stock levels, consumption, lead times & cost effectiveness. * To lead & drive the strategic procurement & sourcing of direct & in-direct materials from various international & local suppliers while initiating cost reduction through extensive negotiations & hedging. * Leading S&OP meetings with international sales team & top leadership of organization on monthly basis to get insights on sales orders/forecasts & aligning the factory operations accordingly. * To ensure optimum utilization of raw material storage capacity without compromising on inventory holding cost & timely identification/liquidation of SLOB materials to avoid inventory provisions. * To manage the exports & logistics department in compliance with EPZA & Customs while ensuring customer centric approach in all downstream transactions. * Foster widespread engagement & improvements across the organization by aligning individual & team performances with company’s goals for profitable growth

To lead & manage the end-to-end Supply Chain value stream of Dipped Gloves manufacturing including Strategic Sourcing, Production & Material Planning, Imports, Exports, Sub-Contracting, Warehouse Operations & Logistics while driving maximum sales within 60 Days lead time & contributed to achieve the net profitability & OWC targets with 99% OTIF.

Responsible to manage the entire strategic Supply Chain Operations (Material Planning, Production Planning, Shipment Planning, Inventories, Warehouse Operations & SAP Master Data) of Dipped performance gloves manufacturing facility having per month capacity of 300,000 Dozen Pairs, ensuring maximum capacity utilization of resources & on-time shipments by meeting financial targets of the business.

Managed the end-to-end Supply Chain operations of Shahbaz Garments Pvt. Ltd-Karachi (SGL-KU) as plant's Supply Chain head. Responsible to handle the Procurement, Production Planning, Material Planning, Inventory Management, Shipment Execution & Customs Bond of cut & sewn performance gloves manufacturing plant with efficient capacity utilization & optimized costs.

Responsible to manage all Supply Chain operations of Shahbaz Garments Pvt. Ltd-Faisalabad (SGL-GU) as plant's Supply Chain head. Effectively managed the Production Planning, Material Planning, Material Procurement, Inventory Management of state of the art gloves manufacturing plant with efficient capacity utilization & optimized costs with record reduction in inventories.

Core Responsibilities: 1. Production Planning • To develop the seasonal & annual sales forecasts. • To develop the quarterly, half yearly & annual production plans based on forecasts. • To set monthly targets & timelines for execution teams. • To analyze the factors for reducing the production cost & other expenses being incurred. • To execute all I.E related work including Line Balancing, Method study & Time Study for maximum utilization of resources. • Costing of all products to determine their x-factory & retail price. 2. Procurement • To liaise with local & overseas suppliers for procurement of fabrics, laces, trims, accessories & packaging material according to finalized production plan. 3. Production & Operations • To manage the operations of Raw Material, Embroidery, Cutting, Stitching, & Finishing Dept. • To run the production with maximum efficiency & output at all stages with precise monitoring & control. • To improve the quality of products & processes, implementing standardized work practices. • To control & replenish the inventory levels of all the raw materials & finished products. • To administer all Department heads & supervisors to resolve their day-to-day issues. • To handle the general management related activities within the factory. • To find economies of scale within operations. • To handle HR related issue of production staff including new hiring & termination. 4. Research & Development • To coordinate with Sales & Marketing team to cope with the abrupt demand of products from retail sector and to get the effective feedback from end consumer. • To coordinate with Design team regarding new trends & techniques. • To propose & implement new ideas related to raw materials, design of products & processes.

• Instructed Pattern Making & Garments Design to students of 3 Years D.A.E Garments/Fashion course. • Instructed UNDP funded course on Quality Control.

Core Responsibilities: • Head of men’s wear fabrication including shirting, suiting & kurta/kurta shalwars. • Liaison & procurement of all kind of fabrics from renowned manufacturers nationwide. • Execution of new products with the coordination of designers & sampling team. • To develop & execute the seasonal forecast, pre-production & production plan. • To manage & monitor the cut to pack operations of shirts, trousers, shalwar suits & kurta shalwars. • To manage & control the quality of process & products in Fabrication, Cutting, Stitching & Finishing Depts. including Inventory control. • Coordination with all the manufacturing dept’s heads & resolving the concerned issues. • Market research & surveys for competitive analysis of products & current trends. • Developing sales analysis, production & targets reports of all the products of Bonanza. • Reporting all the matters to Directors.

Prime focus was on New Product Development; more specifically, the analysis of techniques & strategies involved in the development of new fashion article in Denim was carried out keeping in view the prevailing fashion trends of industry. A technically designed denim garment was developed, in state of the art manufacturing facility.

A short term internship was done in CAD division (Cutting Dept.) of Masood Textile Mills ltd. where various techniques involved in Digitizing, Pattern Making & Automated Cutting where analyzed in depth.
