* “Talent Management, Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Life Cycle Management.” * Essentially talent acquisition is, combining all these qualities in to a single body. In detail our duties include: * Interaction with managements and heads of different functional areas to understand job openings and hiring requirements (technologies, experience, skill sets) * Expertise in sourcing candidates through various channels i.e. Job Portals, Vendors, Referral network, Internal Database Walk-Ins, Mass-mailing, Job Posting, Social media, Social networks & internal movements. * Screening of the resumes/profiles as per the requirements for the best fitment. * Interaction with the candidates to set the expectations, clarify any further doubts at any step of the recruitment process. * Scheduling interviews with Recruiting Team or Management by way of telephonic, face to face and/or video calling * streamlining the process in an effective and timely manner with the internal processes. * Conduct interviews for selection of best candidates and post-selection Induction of new recruits.
