- Perform activities related to the recruitment documentation process i.e. salary offer, employment requirements, employment visas and attend to candidates' queries - Provides employee letters such as salary letters, employment certificates, Arabic letters, NOCs and confirmation letters in a timely manner - Responsible for the enrollment and distribution of health cards for employees and dependents - Responsible for the accurate and timely update of employee information in the ORACLE, Database, and Filing system - Encode leave applications for payroll cutoff in ORACLE - Act as the initial point of contact for employees' HR queries

- Worked with the induction team organizing weekly two-day orientations for new employees from different backgrounds and cultures - Reviewed and organized files of candidates interested in attending a training program to enable them to become Airport Managers - Created a scorecard to evaluate candidates interested in attending the training to become future Airport Managers and gave recommendations to Management on most suitable candidates - Shadowed HR Managers during interviews with candidates of the UAE national program and provided observations and input on the potential of the candidates - Attended and evaluated behavioral courses given to core staff and gave recommendations on areas of improvement to make the courses more engaging - Conducted a competitive analysis comparing Etihad Airways recruitment process to those of key competitors and provided recommendations to introduce a more user-friendly, effective and efficient process
