About
I am originally from the field of Physics in master degree. In 2006, I joined NTT Advanced Technology.Co (NTT-AT) as Epitaxial growth engineer using MOCVD. I built up epitaxial wafer sales successfully and transferred NTT-AT’s epitaxial growth technologies to an OEM partner. In 2011 I joined AZZURRO semiconductors in Germany as Sr. production epitaxial process engineer. I developed AZZURRO’s production from their university level to mass production 24/7. In 2014, I started consulting service regarding GaN process. I provided my knowledge to purchase MOCVD, to set up new GaN team, and to develop business to Chinese semiconductor company Skysilicon. After that work, I joined Skysilicon as senior manager and project leader for GaN epitaxial process. Since 2016, I am working in Physik Instrumente as Technical sales engineer which is kind of Project manager to develop customize product for Asian customer and lead the team between German headquarter and subsidiaries. I have more than 10 years working experience and I have worked for more than 6 years in international environment using English and German.

"selectable THz electromagnetic wave using Photonic crystal " THz wave by photo conductive antenna have very wide wavelength. Photonic crystal has photonic band gap. It is well known if the Photonic crystal have a defect in the periodical structure, the defect mode is appeared between photonic band gap as particular wavelength. In the experience, I set time domain spectroscope to measure selectable THz electromagnetic wave. I used a Photo conductive antenna as THz generator. The Photoconductive antenna was set in Photonic crystal as a defect. For the wavelength from the defect mode, our team calculated the size of Photonic crystal by FDTD method.
