Snowy Hydro 2.0 is one of Australia’s largest renewable energy projects, & I am employed as a Storeperson to support the project. With a core focus on handling the physical aspects of stock movement & maintenance, as well as managing the tracking, optimisation, & accuracy of stock data, & ensuring inventory levels are properly maintained, my other core role deliverables include: ► Picking & packing for customers (i.e. direct to client site), as well as picking & packing for internal (i.e. other SFI sites) orders, ensuring correct quantities, preparing them for dispatch, coordinating truck drivers to ensure on-time transport of stock to other SFI warehouses & client sites, & coordinating any returns or adjustments ►Receiving incoming stock or materials, checking them against purchase orders or delivery notes for accuracy, labelling & tagging goods for identification (including barcoding & RFID tagging), & storing the goods/materials in the right warehouse locations for ease of location when they need to be retrieved for dispatch ► Analysing inventory data to identify trends or issues such as slow-moving stock, developing ways to optimise stock/materials storage & handling processes to improve efficiency & reduce costs, & reporting to management ► Ensuring proper stock/materials rotation using FIFO, conducting cyclic stock counts & audits to ensure accuracy of logged stock & materials inventories in the warehouse, & investigating any discrepancies ► Using MS Dynamics NAV WMS for logging & tracking stock/materials levels, ensuring inventory is accurate & up-to-date, & for coordinating stock/materials deliveries/movements ► Working with suppliers to resolve any issues related to stock quality, shortages or excess, & implementing & monitoring procedures to reduce theft or damage ► Using SFI’s Monitor software for accurate issuing & returning of tooling & consumables, & for reporting ► Loading & unloading trucks or containers using forklifts, pallet jacks & trolleys.

Allmint Constructions specialise in residential construction and renovation projects, including carpentry for internals and externals. Employed as an Apprentice Carpenter, and completing my carpentry apprenticeship in 2022, core role deliverables included: ► Marking, framing, setting-out and building internal and external structures including stairs, doors, walls, windows, cabinets, shelving, trims, flooring, cladding, roofing, decks and pools, and reading and interpreting construction plans, blueprints, project specifications and regulatory standards to ensure all carpentry works were completed in the right locations, with correct materials, to QA/QC specifications and standards, and in compliance with relevant Building Codes ► Developing positive relationships with management, direct team members and clients to enhance workplace collaboration and knowledge sharing, and maintaining professional written and verbal communications (and same for below role) ► Safe and efficient usage (and storage) of a wide range of machines, power and hand tools to shape and cut materials to specified measurements, and delivering nothing short of high-quality workmanship (and same for below role).
