- Manage, configure & operate IT System: + Server: Fujitsu, Lenovo + Core services: AD/DNS/DHCP/DFS/Office365 + Virtualization: VMware vSphere + Network & Security: Cisco Switch/Router/Wireless/Firewall, Zabbix monitoring, Symantec Antivirus + DC Facilities: UPS, environment monitor system, air-conditioner... (healthcheck daily) + Business Application: DMS, TUA, Oracle ERP - Support end-users about PCs, printers, workstation and other issues - Perform detailed root cause analysis with security team as necessary during Ransomware infection's sensitive time

- Manage and ensure the network infrastructure of company with more than 1000 users at HCM City always works accurately and smoothly: + Switch & Router: more than 70 switches including core/distribution/access switch and 5 WAN routers connect to all FIS HCM & FIS Japan offices + Firewall: 3 Fortigate in HA mode + Server: Dell PowerEdge, Terminal, File shares + Management: ManageEngine OpManager/NetFlow Analyzer/ServiceDesk - Setup, upgrade and troubleshoot when network, system have trouble; backup data and report usually to prevent data lost - Support end-users about PCs, printers, workstation and other issues
