Managed Corporate Finance functions where my responsibilities included Structuring Credit proposals of corporate clients from appraisals to detailed financial, risk and security analysis and subsequent presentation to the competent authority, legal documentation, compliance, insurance, rental recovery etc.

Managed the North Region of Pakistan and handled loan portfolio of Commercial Banking. Primary Job Responsibilities involved a thorough credit evaluation of the clients deemed necessary to make an informed credit approval decision and subsequent monitoring of accounts in compliance with SBP (State Bank Of Pakistan) guidelines.

Working in Corporate & Infrastructure project financing risk management unit

* Prepared credit package in view of customer request and in accordance with the Bank’s internal policies and SBP regulations. * Ensured approval of the credit application from the concerned Credit Committee and subsequent follow-ups and further provided feedback to satisfy Credit Committee members on their raised queries. * After approval of said credit, arranged and completed all legal documentation formalities in coordination with the Regional Credit Administration Department. * Ensured disbursement and post-disbursement relationship management on an ongoing basis.

* Identifying, assessing and quantifying key transaction risks & provide credit opinion to Risk Managers / Senior Risk Manager. * Recommending inputs on the terms and conditions of credit proposals, security and covenants based on risk assessments. * Conduct site visits with Risk Managers and Relationship Managers to ascertain the operational capacities of clients and give recommendations. * Preparing recommendations on Bank’s various policies/ product initiatives as and when required by Head Office.
