𝗖𝗼𝗿𝗲 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝗱𝘂𝗰𝘁 & 𝗜𝗻𝗳𝗿𝗮: • Automated deployment of containerized customer sites using backend APIs + Bash on Docker Swarm — new instances spin up in minutes. • Cut server response time by >70% via targeted refactors and SQL tuning. • Implemented CI/CD for static assets to Cloudflare CDN to speed global loads and smooth releases. • Built, managed, and integrated a self-hosted mail server to replace third-party providers, lowering costs and enabling new automation workflows. 𝗔𝗜 𝗔𝗴𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗣𝗹𝗮𝘁𝗳𝗼𝗿𝗺 • App Factory: co-built a “no-code by chat” platform (Next.js, Supabase, LangGraph) that lets users build mobile apps in minutes using natural language. Owned the conversational website, app canvas/preview, and AI agents for requirements capture and orchestration. • AI Agents & MCP: integrated with ERPNext for natural-language workflows, enabled prompt-built agents, and shipped MCP servers linking AI apps to external systems. Owned backend systems for data pipelines, Single Sign-On (SSO), and automation across core products. • Built a queue-driven data pipeline (PHP Pheanstalk) to ingest and process multi-source data for Elasticsearch, powering search and analytics across web and mobile apps. • Implemented Keycloak SSO and a unified invite flow, enabling single-account access across the product suite. • Partnered with UI/UX and frontend teams to ship custom Keycloak themes, aligning authentication UX with product branding. • Developed an Elasticsearch OpenID Connect (OIDC) authentication plugin enforcing fine-grained, role-based access to indexed data. • Extended the internal automation engine with new triggers and actions, enabling flexible event-driven workflows.

Shipped features and fixes across the digital workspace platform; improved APIs and access control. • Built and containerized reusable utilities (vCard generator, PDF converter, QR service) with Docker. • Refined RBAC to support more granular permissions and visibility rules. • Increased reliability by adding input validation and new endpoints that power web and mobile features. • Integrated Matomo analytics to capture activity data for reporting and product insights.
