IMC Entrusted me to lead the Quality Management for KFAI Dammam.I specialize in ensuring the highest standards of quality, compliance, and project excellence from inception through handover.My core responsibilities include:• Reviewing and approving critical project documentation, including material specifications, shop drawings, As-Built drawings, Method Statements (MST), Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), checklists, and mix designs for Aggregate Base Course (ABC), asphalt, and concrete.• Evaluating and approving pre-qualification submissions for manufacturers and suppliers to maintain project quality standards.• Conducting Material Receiving Inspections (MRI) to verify that all incoming materials meet approved specifications and project requirements.• Performing Witness Inspections, Work Inspection Requests (WIR), and continuous site surveillance across diverse construction activities, including earthworks, concrete works, asphalt paving, landscaping, structural installations (concrete, steel, and pre-engineered buildings), and architectural finishes such as DGU/Curtain Glass Walls and Cladding systems.• Preparing detailed snag lists during project closeout, coordinating rectification works with contractors, and ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of all outstanding items.• Conducting Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for C-2 and C-3 category materials, including steel structures, precast concrete elements, and glass assemblies, in strict accordance with approved procedures.• Issuing Site Observation Reports (SORs) and Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) to promptly address and resolve any deviations or non-compliances identified on site.I am passionate about delivering quality-driven construction projects that meet both client expectations and international standards through rigorous inspection, documentation control, and proactive quality management.With a Civil Engineering degree from UET Peshawar and active involvement with the American Society of Civil Engineers, ICEexpertise includes construction site inspections, quality assurance, and highways.
