I got promotion to Assistant manager Manage the service department to facilitate production targets

I got promotion to Executive Officer I made modification for speed of line by using Siemens software ( Simatic Manager (PLC) and Starter program (Drives) to reach to 550 M/MIN instead off 480 M/min with matching with production targets my role were: → Ensure smooth and trouble free operation of the equipment. → Monitor process continuity, troubleshooting & corrective actions wherever required. → Check for proper repair according to machine design for all troubles. → Assure spare parts availability & purchase indents for required spares. → Following Issue slip for the spares from the store. → Following the spares under repair if any. → Plan & Achievement for preventive, predictive maintenance. → Ensure safety and industrial hygiene in maintenance. → Monitor the Department attendance & Leaves. → Training the shift Engineers (On Job Training). → Prepare the Monthly reports of the department. → Report for Dept. manager plant troubles & Breakdowns. → Use equipment properly and follow safety features. → Supervise the implementation of repair work on machines / equipment / production lines which have an impact on occupational safety and health and the environment.

I started my carrier in UFLEX as Shift electrical engineer who responsible for all electrical system and devices to work in a good condition during production process. Provide technical support, maintenance and operation of the equipment (car, vehicle, …etc). Designing maintenance strategies, procedures and methods. Controlling maintenance tools, stores and equipment.
