Si Capacitor Duration: January 2023 ~ March 2024 Key Responsibilities: • Evaluated the business feasibility of Si Capacitors and created prototypes in collaboration with the Nano Technology Institute. • Conducted a collaborative industry-academic project with Seoul National University of Science and Technology (SeoulTech) for new method development. • Published a first-author paper at the Korean Institute of Electrical and Electronic Engineers (KIEE). • Collaborated with multiple industry players to develop new methods for Si Capacitor fabrication.
