The MGD Project consists of 5 production wells (1 subsea well at Doina field and 4 platform wells at Ana field) a sub-sea gas production system over the Doina well which will be connected through an 18 km pipeline with a new unmanned production jacked platform located over Ana field. An 121 km sub-sea pipeline will ensure the delivery of the gas from Ana platform to the shore, where a 4.1 km underground onshore pipeline will connect to the new gas treatment plant (GTP). Responsible for ensuring that the EHS regulations and rules are implemented and maintained, ensure compliance with the applicable laws and regulations and with the BSOG safety management system, project policies and procedures; Provide proactive leadership and ongoing safety awareness to all staff and workforce; Review of EHS procedure, Risk Assessments and Method Statements to ensure a standardized & consistent approach to health & safety; Prepare and perform Safety training and identify training needs on the Projects according with job and schedule analysis;

Second phase of the offshore gas exploration project developed by the Black Sea Oil & Gas company in the Romanian perimeter of Black Sea. The project involves: onshore construction of a Gas Treatment Plant near Constanta City, offshore and onshore gas pipelines aprox 126 km and 16"diameter, fabrication and on the sea installation of a gas exploration Jacket and a subsea Christmas-tree, drilling and completion of 5 offshore gas wells (approximate 100 km off the coast and between 70 to 90 m sea deep water). MGD project developed by Black Sea Oil & Gas is a investment of 400 mil USD and accounts for 10 billion cubic meters of natural gas or the equivalent of 10% of Romania's natural gas needs.

OMV Petrom is the biggest Oil & Gas Romanian operator with asset's all over Romania. Project was an new important middle stream Oil&Gas facilities complex (construction and commissioning). The project includes: 21 oil well drilled, Crude Oil first segregation plant, gas to power plant and 45 km of pipeline. The project was considered a pilot project from technical but also from time saving point of view, using innovative technology but also an advanced planning the project was intended to be completed in a very short time period comparing with others similar projects and due to a very good management it was a success.

Actually the biggest Oil & Gas construction project of a Heavy Residue Hydrocracking Complex in the Lukoil Neftochim Refinery in Burgas, Bulgaria. A project around 950 million Euro that put the Lukoil Bulgaria Hydrocracking Plant in the tenth in the world and the largest one in the Eastern Europe. The project is developed by Technip-Sices Consortium. - Multicultural work environmental that involves 7 nationalities: BG, IT, RO, PL, LIT, TR, GR; - Daily monitoring of 1900 Manpower of Sices Polska direct workers or subcontractors; - Achieved of 6 million WH without LTI; - Daily leading a safety team of 32 HSE supervisors.
