Providing research, case and policy work for Tom Brake MP (LibDems Spokesperson for Foreign Affairs and Shadow Leader of HoC) - Attending conferences, meetings and networking events with high-level officials from the executive branches of the UK Government, international corporations, think-tanks and pressure groups. - Internship organised and funded by the Transatlantic Future Leaders Forum enabling the outstanding Polish students to serve as interns in the offices of top lawmakers in London.

* Internship in Newsroom, Reuters office in Warsaw: * Covering topics related to economics and politics; describing the main changes in the Polish public policy and analysing basic trends on the equity market. * Reporting, interviewing, translating and editing articles. Preparing summaries for the senior correspondents. * I authored and co-authored stories appearing at the reuters.com website, which were translated into English, Polish and Russian and provoked debate in other media outlets.

* Tutored by the subdivision specialist I was introduced to main tasks of the department of statistics and to functioning of the central bank regional branches. * I was participating in collection and interpretation of data appearing in the quarterly report analysing the condition of SMEs. * At the end of internship I was awarded a possibility to visit bank’s cash-supply branch.
