Spearhead the operational transformation from a traditional Van-Lines to storage of OCE, Canon, Kodak copiers distribution region-wide utilizing two warehouse locations of 155,000 sq ft of storage

Supervise drivers to ensure compliance with FMCSA, HOS, DOT regulations, ELD roll-out and manage the DVIR for all commercial vehicles. Administer Forensic and Federally mandated drug testing. Develop and implement streamlined processes to improve workflow, employee morale, and service quality. Analyze and compile data to report productivity, operations, production, and work-related accidents. Collaborate with supervisors, contractors, and personnel to identify issues and promptly resolve them, develop compliance strategies, and implement improvement plans for performance issues.
