Responsibilities • Develop and deliver sourcing strategies for RM-Glass and services per Group Category, drive cost saving/cost avoidance • Initiate process improvement and controlling, develop Work Instruction for Group Category operations guideline • Manage and drive multi projects, utilize data analysis for business opportunity • Forecasting volume, price trends and their impact on future activities, forecasting levels of demand for services and products to meet the business needs and conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules and quality. • Identifying potential suppliers, visiting existing suppliers and building & maintaining good relationship with suppliers and stakeholders. • Complex problem-solving critical success factors of the supplier/company relationship, monitoring purchase price variance trends on a monthly basis and reporting • Develop and maintain good relation with industries, trades for good understanding and create proper solution to support Supply Chain Management. • Manage the Logistics function: Inventory Management, Warehouse Management, Transport Management • Manage supply agreements & contracts, monitor and control contractual agreements and clauses over entire lifecycle and minimize exposure to contractual risks in external relationships through usage of terms and conditions aligned with legal function • Provide country-specific market intelligence to mitigate supply risk, gain competitive advantage and make better business decisions. • Continuously conduct detailed supplier and supply market analysis at country level looking at facts and indicating market trends in supply base and technology.

Sand source in Thailand , lumber trader in Canada - Arrange the shipment with freight forwarder and update price on market trend. - Improving processes efficiency ,reduce waste and initiating cost reduction schemes with suppliers. - Comparing the quotation to get the best price and service for tools and equipment. - Monitor contract agreement with outsourcing (Maid, gardener,guard and driver ) . - Support foreigners for plant visiting ( Booking the hotel ,arrange a car ) - Manpower with store man and control crib and equipment.
