About
I have been an operations research analyst since 1994, and have applied the rigorous logic and objectivity at the heart of the discipline in key Air Force leadership positions. I’ve studied warfighting and preparing for war for over 30 years. I’ve found that exploratory analysis and experimentation using models allows organizations to learn new insights about complex and novel problems the fastest. The 21st Century's strategic environment is full of challenges our government’s leaders aren’t accustomed to, and understanding the environment better than one’s potential opponents yields great competitive advantages.
