Built the system for visualizing the main KPIs in Redash: - Real time monitors for main KPI: DAU, MAU, Retentions, ROI, LTV , ets - Auto-updated summary tables for the GD, to check the main in-game parameters (instead of a large part of the ad-hoc requests) Providing results of ad-hoc SQL-queries by requests. Building new and maintaining old dashboards with Redash for main KPI’s, financial performance, game metrics and game balance. Evaluation of ongoing in-game events and their results. Game Data Analyst
Никосия, Кипр
At the Operational stage (October 2019 – October 2020), I had 2 main areas of work: a) Technical job with monitoring the development of the data collection system. b) Analyst job with processing incoming data and providing reports, research, and insights to the team. The technical part of my duties included: 1. Assessment of the effectiveness and efficiency of current events and their optimization. 2. Control over created features and their timely binding with analytics events. 3. Collecting requirements from game design, publishing and marketing groups and setting tasks for more detailed tracking of game performance. 4. Assistance in debugging the database architecture from the position of an analyst, as the main customer. The analytical part of my duties included: 1. Providing results of ad-hoc SQL-queries by requests. Basically, using Impala (90%) and, sometimes, Hive (10%), depending on the specifics of the tasks and the required syntax. 2. Building new and maintaining old dashboards in Tableau for main KPI’s, financial performance, game metrics and game balance. 3. Evaluation of ongoing in-game events and their results. 4. Evaluating the effectiveness of sales of new items and game modes. 5. Conducting research on key product parameters to find dependencies and insights, providing the results to the Publisher and the Game Design team. 6. Helping the Game Design department to balance game maps and heroes based on real statistics.

Data Analyst
Wargaming
Cyprus
At the production stage (November 2017 – October 2019), together with the development team, I built the basis of the data collection system and ensured the game with correct logging of the main metrics. Created a primary set of dashboards to monitor project performance at the Alpha and CBT stage. 1. I worked with the technical team on the migration from the primary database to the Wargaming DWH. 2. Completely controlled the process of creating new events for analytics from the development side. From monitoring the relevance of current technical tasks to checking the availability of ready-made events. 3. Provided communication between Wargaming data processing services and the development team and resolved emerging problems. 4. Continued to work on the balance of the game's economy, together with game designers for a deeper and more precise study and assessment of the impact of the implemented features. But now relying on real statistics data and query results from our database. 5. At the CBT step I started to provide the quick reports and research about our KPI and financial performance.

Game Analyst
I started my job on the Caliber from early pre-production stage as Monetization Specialist and Analyst who ready to build all data-collection system from absolutely zero step. Participated in game design sessions as Monetization Analyst 1. I have built and balanced over 10 variants of economic models for the project. Starting from usual loot-boxes, pseudo-random loot box-lines and ending with linear progression according to references from RPG-like and WoT. 2. Search for exploits in economy models after applying ideas from Game Design team. It was like “Hey, can we add x5 bonus for players, who win first time per day? “– “No, we can apply only x2 – x2,5 with current numbers if you still want to have a monetization point in this activity.” 3. I prepared and updated game design documents related to game economics and monetization based on the first two points. Data collection system construction 1. I worked out the logic on which the algorithms of analytical events should be based. 2. Writing documentation for developers who created analytical logs. 3. Built the first iteration of the table structure in project’s DB.
