• Overall responsibility for all production, maintenance, warehouse and EHS activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, cost and company/department goals, • Following up CapEx and reporting CapEx realization comparing to budget, • Improving and designing of manufacturing technologies and logistics process with warehouse/manufacturing layout to minimize OpEx • Ensuring operational effectiveness and maintenance of budget, supported by strong KPI’s, SLA’s and figures • Leading production, maintenance and supply chain planning team, in support of delivering business targets and helping to grow functional capability.

• Ensuring On Time In Full production based upon plan submitted by supply planning team • Recommending and implementing EHS philosophy for the health and safety of all employees, • Organizing and ensuring that workers are trained and evaluated at related work stations and jobs, • Supporting WCM (World Class Manufacturing) activities, • Supporting budget forecast.

• Preparing feasibility reports of new facilities and technical specification files of machines/equipment’s in line with company requirements. (health&safety, ergonomics and at required capacity level with targeted cycle times) • Preparing CadCam designs of machines/equipment' s or all of facilities • Defining work content, workplace organization, Layout -workplace and Process Flow Charts Determining budget of particular machines/equipment’s or all investment cost of facilities Seeking construction companies, comparing quotations and deciding for the constructor • Collaborating with related staffs to enhance certification test scenarios and develop process, plans and scripts as needed Managing and organizing of attendant team at the construction and set up.

• Construction of Binder Facility project (380,000 € total investing cost / completed) • Monitoring and the physical and chemical testing of products(wood glue, indoor and outdoor building paints) and semi-finished products (emulsion polymerization binders), doing analysis and approval procedures in accordance with the given derivation. • Organizing and analyzing trial productions of new products in coordination with R&D department. • Internal audit performed and make improvements accordingly. • 5S standards to ensure the conditions of production.

• Researching, analyzing and the profitable marketing of the Coating and/or Construction chemicals product portfolio • Systematically screen customer base for new opportunities, generates leads and maintains pipeline. • Providing appropriate and agreed levels of contact, service and support to ensure sales targets are met. • Planning own visit schedule in line with agreed customer service levels for that customer segment. • Managing sales support activities in designated area. • Collecting, reporting and analyzing the customer feedback / information on present as well as future market trends in the context of possible further market penetration.
