With 9 years’ experience in the industry I have used IFRS standards which are the norm here in Dubaï. I managed companies in different fields of activities and various sizes. I am in charge of: - General ledger accuracy, - Payslips, - Budgeting and forecasting, - Year end statements ( Balance sheet, P&L, Cash Flow, Notes on the accounts...) - Relations with auditors...

•Maintaining General Ledgers accuracy (accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank, intercompany reconciliation, ...), •Follow-up of all kind of provisions linked to consultants, customers, and to suppliers, manage balance sheet risks, loans and deposits, •Cash-flow forecast, •Capital expenditure (depreciation calculation)

•Maintaining General Ledgers accuracy (accounts receivables, accounts payables, bank, intercompany reconciliation, ...), •Providing closings in time, and all reconciliations (bank, balance sheet, intercompany), •Liaising with external auditors for yearly certification of the accounts (PWC), and with banks regarding credit facilities, loans, etc. •Team work with others services, HR, purchasing manager, financial controller, General Manager… •Follow-up of all kind of provisions linked to consultants, customers, and to suppliers, manages balance sheet risks, loans and deposits, •Cash-flow forecast (weekly TC for update with head office) •Capital expenditure (depreciation calculation, checking accuracy between assets software and ERP…) •Factoring (statement reconciliation, payment follow-up…) •Social and fiscal tax statement and reconciliation (VAT, income tax, social security, business taxes…) •Reporting to London head office (balance sheet, income statement, cashflow statement monthly and yearly) under IFRS (leasing, depreciation…) •Budgeting, planning, reforecasting… •Management of 2 accountants •Preparing annual secretarial works, share holder’s minute, …

•Book keeping, year end closing (balance sheet, income statement…) •Chasing customer payments •Undertaking of monthly reporting pack to European headquarter •Budget setting and forecasting selling cost •Follow up of tax and social statements •Liaising with auditors, bank, and tax authority •Specific financial analyses under US requests

•Preparing and booking journal entries •Controlling and auditing accounts •Follow up and control of year end balance sheets, income statements •Consulting/advice for customer request (tax/social problems) •Auditing company accounts
