I am currently serving as a committee member for Launch Pad. This is our idea submission portal through Spigot where our employees can make recommendations for process improvements, submit innovative ideas, and bring attention to flaws or holes in current processes that need to be identified. Each "challenge" is geared toward a particular theme and we moderate the system and drive comments and thought to gain a full understanding of the idea so it can be discussed and voted on for implementation. I was nominated by my manager to serve on this committee because of my proven track record of being a top innovator and creative thinker.
