* Southern Nevada Mensa was founded in 1965 with four members. At the time, the group included the entire state of Nevada, plus portions of California and Arizona. Today, Southern Nevada Mensa has over 360 members living in the southern half of Nevada, plus portions of Mohave County (Bullhead City, Kingman and Lake Havasu City), Arizona.
