Platform Operations : Support platform management personnel in sorting out departmental costs and revenue settlements, service pricing, personnel demand management, and ensure daily operations and management. Team Leader: Manage digital, revenue review, and its development teams, clarify team member quarterly/annual service goals, assign tasks, generate efficient weekly/monthly plans, and ensure efficient departmental business completion. As a communication bridge between leaders and front-line employees, timely understand and reflect employee needs, and maximize team stability, work atmosphere, and job quality. Business Management: Coordinate with various module TL to initiate ISDP project initialization operations, generate operational plans and implementation plans, to sustain regional ISDP applications, and assist new projects in completing digital delivery preparations.

Solution Design : Set up 13 probes in the ISDP tool application for 9 operation nodes for delivery businesses, measure ISDP application maturity of various regions/projects, integrate dashboard measurement results with its development, and support operations. Establish Mechanisms: Based on an analysis of current business pain points, establish goals and evaluation criteria, monthly analyse the achievement of ISDP application goals for each region and release operational monthly reports, ensure transparent and visible operations, and promote improvements at all levels. Metric Optimization : Identify 5 cases where the solution is inadequate based on abnormal data or frontline feedback, and jointly modify or optimize the logic with agencies. Optimize/new metrics are applied globally, fully considering and adapting to various scenarios to ensure that probe metrics truly reflect essence of business.

Data Quality Operations : Routinely monitor the quality of system data, identify anomalies through data analysis, promptly communicate with responsible parties, track issues to closure, ensure data accuracy, and support platform metric operations. Dashboard Design: Collaborate with agencies to develop operational dashboards that meet management needs of subcontracting teams in Malaysia, addressing three major concerns: "figuring the number of teams, verifying subcontracting qualifications, and calculating subcontracting capacity.' Manage over 120 teams daily and assist in improving site operational efficiency.

In charge of the collaboration event with car dealers for new property project launching, to do bulk personal email blasting, to do work program by creating Gantt chart.

Work as Librarian and Café Attendant in Tsinghua University. To understand library collection system, work in daily book classification, data entry and more. Possess good time allocation ability.

Provide customer service and promote Astro’s channel products. Learned to speak out bravely and handles customers’ requests and complaints patiently and reasonably.
