As a Business Development Manager in ifm, I have been driving industrial automation solutions for over ten years, leveraging my expertise in sensors hardware up to software . I work with customers from various industries, such as manufacturing, water, food and beverage, and etc, to understand their needs, provide technical support, and offer customized solutions. I also partner with consultants, system integrators, and OEMs to expand the market reach and increase the sales revenue of ifm. Previously, I was a Sales and Application Engineer at Autovation Sdn Bhd, an OMRON authorized distributor, and an Application Engineer at FA Controls Sdn Bhd, where I gained valuable experience in PLC, HMI, Inverter, Servo, Scada and Vision Systems. My core competencies include sales, application engineering, customer service, and product training. I am passionate about industrial automation and innovation, and I strive to deliver high-quality solutions that enhance the efficiency, safety, and productivity of our customers.
