* · Collect high risk delinquent accounts. * · Maintains good customer relations with borrowers and effectively solves problems in an effort to resolve account delinquency and prevent losses. While adhering to company policies and procedures, demonstrates good customer service skills while initiating outbound calls and receiving inbound calls from customers. * · Negotiates account resolution and accurately inputs and documents actions within the collection systems while maintaining company performance and productivity standards. * · Maintain up-to-date customer contact information.  * Support other queues to facilitate teamwork in the department. * Escalates and assists other team members with calls as needed. * Serves as a resource/subject matter expert and may provide training to fellow team members  required to initiate external contact with customers and may perform advanced loss prevention activities (i.e. skip tracing, field chasing, account settlement) or administrative work, which supports the impounding or repossession of vehicles.

* Evaluate member’s accounts via phone and written communication to determine the reasons for non-payment or slow payment of accounts.  * · Arrange settlements and flag all charge off accounts.  * Handle large volume of charge off accounts:  * review and determine charge-offs, judgments and repossessions and recommend action to be taken. * · Monitor accounts monthly to ensure payment arrangements are being met. * Update Collection manager weekly on monies recovered. * · Prepare and submit documentation for judgments and/or garnishments on default accounts.

* Handle inbound and outbound calls.  * · Collect delinquent accounts, liaison for customers and agencies establishing repayments. * · Help assist customer with any questions regarding their account. * Update customer Information (credit card updates, address changes, update customer Market Program).  * Process invoices, customer contracts, back up data entry and  * manual billing for special accounts

* Cycle counting * Shipping/Receiving * Price checking * Stocking * Data entry * Assisted customers with questions

* Inspecting shipments for the presence of pinewood nematodes. * · I ensured that all shipments requiring repackaging would be labeled with the appropriate documentation before physical release of the material to its approved destination. * · I prepared file, and/or affix the appropriate documentation for all inspected shipments that meet the EU/DoD guidelines for compliant shipments. * · Forklift Driver.

* Responsible for payment collections to ensure all past due amounts are collected while preventing the aging of current balances. * Responsible for all customer communications (including dunning, refunds and statements) and dispute resolution to ensure all customer portfolios are in compliance with established payment and credit terms
