 planning and execution of budgets and sales activities in the assigned stores (11 stores) according to the strategy of the company  close cooperation with Country Manager /HR Director and also with key departments in the company: HR, Controlling, Marketing, GS, Finance  planning and organization of work in the assigned stores - modification and unification of procedures and processes  introduction and full training of the employee on the newly created position Area VM  direct contact with headquarters in France (Product Managers mainly)  work with sales and product reports - constant monitoring of KPI’s  staff coaching and enhancement of the employees competence according to the standards and procedures required by the company  paying attention to excellent customer service through constant staff training  decision-making in the area of human resources (recruitment / hiring / evaluation of employees)  planning, monitoring and optimization of the OPEX in the assigned stores  coordination of all the activities related to the store closing
