In the partner team I work with both Marketing team and clients, motivating me to further improve my multi-communication and multi-function skills.

I worked with Alumni Official team in University of Manchester to help prepare alumni events like Cockcroft Rutherford Lecture, welcome and network with alumni, which further demonstrate my business manners and communication skills.

As the only Chinese person in the staff team of 155 people, I worked with other team members to serve drinks (10-20 members per shift) in the busy and stressful environment. In Student-led Pangaea Festival, I worked 6 hours without break, serving drinks to over one thousand students and assisted team supervisors for any emergency. Apart from performing well in all areas of the business, I also took voting shifts in the Students’ Union, persuading students to register and vote in 100,000 Votes Campaign by impressing upon them the benefits of why their voting can make a difference, which developed my communication and negotiation skills. I learned to maintain a customer friendly environment at all times and gained culture intelligence from my British colleagues. My communication skill and mental agility have been largely improved in the diversified environment.

* 带领28人组成的支教团队，在支教期间负责队员的出行安全、校内外联系工作、组织座谈会和英语汇报演出活动；同时作为支教老师，负责求是高级中学高一（4）班的英语教学。 * 支教活动获得指导老师及支教学校领导的高度评价和认可。支教工作极大提升了我的领导力，团队合作能力和沟通表达能力。 * Took lead role in the volunteer team of 28 people, who were mostly postgraduates. * In charge of liaising with the local school and the team members, supervising safety of the team during the whole journey, organizing Mega English Event on campus as well as teaching English in Class 4, Senior Grade1. * As a volunteer English teacher, I taught English vocabulary, listening and grammar, affecting students positively with earnest teaching and heart-to-heart communication. * I experienced pressure but dealt with it quickly, and gained customer service, communication skills as well as leadership ability. * Highly praised by the guidance teacher for my strong sense of responsibility.

* As a team we received “Outstanding Team Prize (provincial level) and I got high marks for Practice ability admitted by Zhejiang University. * In charge of helping take care of around 12 children aged from 5 to 10, managed a summer English camp of teaching kids English and drawing and supervised pupils involved in group activities. * Collaborated with others for press release on community website and photographing for bulletin.

Take part in 2 plus 2 programme cooperated by University of Manchester and Zhejiang University, which means after studying two years at Zhejiang University, I study at the University of Manchester for another two years in the pursuit of knowledge, skills as well as double degree. Activities and Societies: Oct 2014- Feb 2015 Chinese Students & Scholars Association in Manchester Publicity Support Officer * In charge of editing, press release and translation of documents, maintained and updated the official Wechat platform (Popular Social Media) towards Chinese students in Manchester. * Participated in promoting “Chinese Cultural Festival” and “Chinese Spring Festival Gala”
