I have vast experience in engineering projects with commercial experience in United Kingdom and overseas. Alongside good awareness of health, safety and environment I have developed various cost and contract/commercial management skill sets in the M&E, oil & energy, civil, heavy construction sectors. Currently in the telecom infrastructure and utility sector, I am responsible for financial governance and contract management of a multi million pounds project under NEC3 option B. Over the course of my trainings and employments, I have learnt and gathered experience in areas of contract law, contract drafting, subcontract management, claims management, investment evaluations, cost control, project controls and performance monitoring, cost reporting and administration of contracts in EPCC and EPIC projects. My Professional Quantity Surveying background enables to cover additional roles in estimating, forecasting, planning, measurement of works, preparation and pricing of BoQ, negotiations, final accounts settlements, progress and productivity measurement, etc. I am fully conversant with various contract forms as: NEC3, JCT, FIDIC, BIMCO, etc. I have good knowledge and experience of risk management and dispute resolution procedures under various forms of contract . Above all, I execute my duties in fairness and with a focus to enhance project relationships. As a chartered member of the RICS, I always add value even in the face of pressure and or tight schedules; thus capable of making major contributions to the profitability of any employer from pre contract and Contract formation through Post contract and project closeouts. I also interact exceptionally well with colleagues and other stakeholders.
