* Preparing periodic schedule reports on the status of construction activities. * Planning/coordination activities to meet milestones of the construction. * Coordinate and manage the information between the engineering contractor and the construction contractors, such as, Engineering, Procurement, Quality and Safety. * Working together with the Safety department to Identify and make recommendations to improve safety performance.

* Supported the organization, implementation and maintenance of the Master Project Schedule across the Company * Assisted the Project Managers and Project Administration staff to set up tasks and sub-tasks for defined projects * Worked with the Project Accountants and Project Managers to evaluate project schedule progress and performance and identify developing problem areas.

* Develop Project Schedules required according to the scope of the project and milestones * Prepares the Work Breakdown and Project Coding Structures for control and integrity of work to be performed as defined by the contract * Develop of planning procedures using tools & techniques for building an optimized schedule * Assists in development of planning procedures in conjunction with Planning Lead * Produce and submit schedule delay analysis reports to planning/project lead for review and any actions * Incorporate project schedule change into the master schedule * Develop Recovery Plans in line with agreed revised strategy * Manage Project Schedule Change

* Liaise with contractors to receive and distribute schedule updates. * Analyze schedule progress and accurately forecast new time lines when necessary. * Collaborate with Project Manager to document and report physical percent complete. * Establish and release service orders and track progress through system. * Prepare Earned Value reports including variance to the Project Plan. * Prepare man-hour curve for direct force labor.
