* African Entity (Pazflor & Clov Project) * Responsible for the identification, inventory and permanent tracking of the Material and Equipment used for a Project, throughout its movement from mobilization to demobilization locations (Europe and Africa) * Logistic documents follow-up (shipping docs, certificates, import/export…) * Issue reminders to logistic partners and dispatch information received to the Project Team * Detection and anticipation of any discrepancies or discontinuities in the Supply Chain, and provide corrective measures * On site management of materials for storage, mobilizations and demobilizations (cargo manifest) * Special Following of rental equipment to reduce cost * Implementation of Mattrax system on the Project (software dedicated to the products tracking between the different partners of the logistic chain) Brazilian entity (Guara-Lula Project) * Development and setting up of Material Tracking procedures (rules, operating processus...) and introduction of the Material Tracking function to the different partners (Client, engineers, logisticians on site...)

* Logistic support for all group entities – New Product and New Project * Implementation of the glasses codification * Responsible of the logistic file for all US market

* Specialize on the importation of reefer container for European customers: * Administrative management of import / export containers under controlled temperature: customs and sanitary products refrigerated and frozen audit of import documents from the EU regulations * Logistic management: storage, transport, trans-shipment… * Creating a database of customer care / agents and quotes (recovery, consistency ...)
