Teacher for the bathymetry section of hydrographic courses given within the Bachelor of Geomatics

 Coordination of a multi-disciplinary Marine construction project including: Major dredging contract (8,000,000 m³) Wharfs construction, sea water intake construction, ocean pipe outfall; Aids to Navigation; navigational channel design with simulation

 Prepare and validate bid for marine construction jobs (mainly dredging)  Supervise the marine construction team  Tracking progress of construction  Responsible for the implementation of corporate/project policies, procedures and instruction within assigned operations. Liaise with client and address issues concerning design or site changes  Ensures that all company safety codes, requirements and standards are being complied within assigned area of responsibility  Monitors the performance of construction work periodically reviews documentation required

 Prepares schedules, construction methods and procedures. Supervises and directs subordinate personnel and deckhands in dredging and construction activities within assigned area  Coordinates established area operational plans. Schedules work to and reviews work accomplished

 Supervision of the production team for the realization of marine chart into DIGEST format for the Canadian and USA army.  Implementation of work by developing computer tools

Research and develop algorithm for the georeference of aerial video using GPS

 Prepare course and exercise for the Hydrography course  Assistance in research at the “Centre de recherche en Géomatique

Responsible for bathymetric survey into navigation channel and port on the Saint Lawrence River Summer time job

 In charge of a navigation watch at sea as Marine Officer
