1. Audit of Finance System ; Monitor the procedures and accuracy of data storage and accounting functions in the company in detail. Create and implement internal audit procedures. Control and monitor all business areas that cause financial transactions & records. Correcting any deficiencies created by the executor & financial operational record taker. 2. Audit of Operational Aspects ; The store operations are able to guarantee the availability of stock, the supply chain, the quality of the goods is maintained and low store operating cost. Evaluated the Inventory turnover, the average daily, weekly, monthly stock requirements, to assess whether the Reorder-point is too high. This is also related to the possibility of Slow Moving stock or even Non Moving Items.

Implement and ensure audit program running on accordance by SOP of Seafood Manufacturing ; stock control, stock opname, cash opname, financial report, purchashing and PPIC control, HR system control (payroll, recruitment and training program). 1. Implement planning and audit programs to ensure that all processes are running in accordance with the standards of the audit process in the seafood manufacturing company. 2. Serve as team leader and perform testing (analysis, observation and verification) in connection with the implementation of the ongoing audit program so that the overall audit quality can be maintained. 3. Review the documentation of internal audit work papers prepared by team members and validate the evidence required to ensure the suitability of working papers with applicable SOPs. 4. Reviewing audit findings in accordance with predetermined standards to ensure that corrective action can be made on the findings. 5. Conducting the opening meeting and closing meeting with the auditee to obtain agreement timetable audit implementation and ensure all audit issues are valid in order to obtain 'agreed action plan' from auditee. 6. Conduct and ensure that all 'agreed action plans' have been executed by the Auditee appropriately and in accordance with the recommended improvements made.
