• Developed scoping document for the up-gradation of 2-Way Radio network for Suncor oil sands, thru assessment of latest Radio technologies, considering Motorola P25, ASTRO, SmartNet systems to cater ever-widening mines. Coordinated with Cisco and developed the Construction work packages for Wireless Data network at Suncor mines' sites. • Engineering support to the Security access control, CCTV, and complete site-wide FOC network in support of process control network, corporate LAN and other services at Encana project.

Design review, field verification and approval of aerial OSP for broadband network deployment. Pursue work permits from local utility authorities, ENMAX and EPCOR. Lead and mentor designers and contractors and align the design work with local codes and specifications. Develop design guidelines and approval criteria. Manage the progress and reporting in line with base schedule.

Managed telecom infrastructure engineering and construction in petrochemical industry mega projects. Develop bid documents, engineering standards, projects specifications, performed bid evaluation, contractor evaluation, vendor evaluation & engineering audit. Orchestrated multiple projects from initiation to closing as a focal point to Telecom scope. Coordinated with cross-functional teams, mentored junior engineers. ● Delivered countrywide FOC OSP survey/design for telephone expansion project meeting intercity & intracity fiber optic network needs. Provided Fiber connectivity to 100+ customer access network rings for Remote Integrated Subscribers Line Units. (HRISLU). Inspected 700 Maintenance manholes. Key deliverables were route map, duct and manhole layout, detailed design, cable schedule, fiber schedule, jointing diagrams, Test report templates, Bill of material, pulling tension calculations, administration parameters for database & inventory management. It was a 7Billion USD strategical project. ● Deployed 10,000 payphones, help phones booths all over Saudi Arabia on a fast-paced schedule
