Assist in the development of comprehensive project schedules, identifying key milestones, deliverables, and deadlines based on project drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). Support project managers and stakeholders in defining the scope, objectives, and detailed requirements of the project. Estimate and plan resource requirements, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to ensure efficient resource allocation. Under the supervision of senior staff, create and maintain baseline schedules aligned with the overall project goals. Continuously monitor project performance, identify schedule variances, and implement necessary adjustments to keep the project on track. Coordinate closely with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely availability of required materials and equipment. Prepare and deliver periodic progress reports, including updated schedules, earned value metrics, and critical path evaluations. Maintain and update the shop drawing submittal log, ensuring accurate tracking of submissions and approvals. Develop the Progress Measurement Procedure along with related tools, such as progress trends/S-curves and manpower/resource histograms. Act as a liaison between project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure clear communication and alignment on project deliverables and schedules.

• Develop detailed project schedules, outlining key milestones, deliverables, and timelines, based on drawings and Bill of Quantities (BOQ). • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and requirements. • Estimate resource needs (manpower, materials and equipment) and develop resource allocation plans. • Prepare and maintain project baseline schedules under the guidance and direction of senior team members, ensuring alignment with overall project objectives. • Monitor project progress, track deviations from the schedule, and implement corrective actions as needed. • Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and equipment. • Generate and present regular progress reports, including schedule updates, earned value analysis, and critical path assessments. • Maintaining and updating the shop drawing submittal log to track submission and approval statuses. • Developing the Progress Measurement Procedure along with its attachments, such as Progress Trends/S curves and Resource/Manpower Histograms. • Facilitate communication between project teams, contractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project timelines and deliverables.
