• After the onboarding process, I am responsible for managing client accounts, which includes various tasks such as addressing daily inquiries, conducting monthly reviews, planning stock/inventory, troubleshooting inbound issues, verifying billing, and providing suggestions for continuous improvement to clients. • I utilize WMS software to effectively manage inventory, ensuring smooth operations within the distribution center and maintaining order fulfillment accuracy. • I conduct routine and ad-hoc checks on inbound, outbound, and inventory processes to identify any deviations or non-compliance issues, and take necessary preventive and corrective actions. I also provide reports on these findings. • I coordinate with third-party logistics service providers like USPS and UPS to ensure seamless operations and effective collaboration. • My responsibilities also include overseeing daily order fulfillment activities, which involve order processing, picking, packing, and preparing shipments for shipping. • I analyze the market competition by comparing our products with those of competitors. • I handle and strategize all aspects of the Amazon account, including managing FBA shipments, handling returns, addressing charge-backs, managing A to Z claims and cases, and planning inventory restocking. • I translate information flows and interface definitions into mapping specifications to ensure smooth integration between WMS and CRM systems. • I coordinate the implementation and configuration of software developments, and maintain the quality of functional and technical IT documentation. • I create test scenarios, prepare test data, execute functional tests, and report on the progress and results of testing. I also provide training to key users of the WMS system.

Key Responsibilities • Oversee inventory management across Amazon FBA/FBM, eBay, Shopify, Konnective, and Walmart marketplaces, ensuring smooth order flow and on-time fulfillment. • Prepare and dispatch Amazon FBA shipments while adhering to strict compliance standards for labeling, packaging, and carrier requirements. • Review daily customer orders against forecasts, on-hand inventory, and goods in transit to assess fulfillment capacity and confirm delivery commitments. • Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to optimize warehouse efficiency, product movement, and order accuracy. • Standardize procedures for order processing, stock control, and shipping to ensure consistency and scalability. • Source and negotiate with packaging material suppliers, building long-term partnerships to secure cost efficiency and quality. • Act as a category/product lead for e-commerce operations across multiple regions (USA, Canada, UK, Europe), managing listings, pricing, and fulfillment strategies. • Coordinate with logistics partners, including USPS, UPS, and third-party fulfillment providers to ensure seamless operations. • Handle financial oversight including product costing, invoicing, ledger management, and invoice aging. • Deliver superior customer service to enhance buyer satisfaction and encourage repeat purchases.
