Responsible for upkeeping operations with all the equipment operational with in the standard parameters. 4. Responsible for maintaining food safety and brand image standards in line with NSF guidelines. 5. Responsible for looking after maintenance of warehouse, commissary, offices and guest houses.

1. Responsible for designing and scheduling of overhauling and maintenance activities. 2. To prepare reports of costing and budgeting on maintenance related expenses. 3. To upgrade existing equipment and systems in line with DPI standards. 4. Directly involved in maintenance standards compliance as per NSF standards. 5. To supervise engineers in both regions for carrying out daily maintenance tasks.

• To carryout product and machinery parameter inspection on set intervals and record the data. • To ensure the running of production line on standard parameters and take necessary actions in case of any deviation. • To assist production head in carrying out daily production tasks. • To assist and take measures to ensure output yield to the optimum level and achieve quality parameters. • Ensure consistent feeding of product to packing line for avoiding any stoppage. • To support the production control staff and give them proper training. • To assist in cleaning activities of all equipment as per schedule. • Ensure the activities in accident free environment. • Ensure production/ machine consumables always available in required numbers. • To carryout machine inspection and make sure all machine work with their optimum efficiency. • To run the complete plant as Shift Incharge. • To assist Packing Line and understand Packing Machine's function, operation and troubleshooting.

• Responsible for assisting HOD maintenance in overall installation, repair and upkeep operations. • Ensure that the machinery and equipment runs smoothly and reliably such that workers are safe and that the plant is performing efficiently. • Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance and responding to breakdowns. • Monitor spare parts inventory and place orders when necessary. • Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance. • Assisting production department with machine operation and cleaning. • Designing and implementation of preventive maintenance schedule. • Supervision of workshop and fabrication activities in plant.

This internship was quite a learning one in an automotive vendor industry, supplier of spare parts to local vehicle assemblers. The tasks were more towards project management. The projects included: 1. Improvement for the handling of raw materials. 2. Improvement in the appearance defects in piston rods.

Learning Experience in Base Maintenance, Line Maintenance and Engineering Workshops at Ispahani Hangar.
