• Handling End-to-end Engineering and IT Recruitment process. • Initial screening and profile matching with reference to Qualification, experience, relevant skills, communication skills, notice period, cultural fitment, stability etc. • Sourcing profiles from various recruiting channels like - job portals (Naukri, Monster, LinkedIn) employee referrals as per job specifications. • Ensuring that resume appropriately reflects candidates experience and requirement. • Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates, technical panel for next level of interview till closure. • Negotiating salary/pay rate with candidates/ subcontracting companies to close positions. • Regular follow ups with the offered candidates until onboarding. • Established and maintained professional relationship with candidates. • Proactively maintain an effective resource database management system to close the requirement with the minimum time.
