Souring passive candidates from LinkedIn, Internal database and through referrals. Experienced on working with our internal database. Good experience sourcing candidates for required Skills and searching resumes for "Skills by years of experience" and refine candidate lists by geography, pay range, and education in ATS. Analyzing client’s specific requirement and submitting best qualified candidates within turnaround time to open job requirements in VMS. Coordinating with Account Manager & Recruiting manager for screening activities (e.g., Interview schedules). Handling/dealing with confidential documentation and information of the candidates and clients. Responsible for creatively sourcing a wide range of technical talent for our clients and driving the full-cycle hiring process and to ensure the best-in-class candidate experience. Negotiated with candidates, extended offers, negotiated compensation, facilitated the placement of candidates and solicited referrals of other top talent in the area.
