I am a certified SAFe Practice Consultant (SPC), Release Train Engineer (RTE) Scrum Master (Adv. CSM) and a Project Management Professional (PMI-PMP) with 15 years of experience soundly backed by an additional 3 years of Quality Assurance Analysis (QA), and 3 years of Business Analysis (BA). My forte has been planning predictable value-oriented delivery schedule and of late using AI as a force multiplier to enhance flow, predict risks and amplify team effectiveness. I facilitate solution development from concept to execution by ensuring that the value of vision is delivered to those organizations which are turning to new and emerging technologies to strengthen customer loyalty, enhance their products and services, protect market share, and win new business. I can coach and facilitate Scrum teams so that the Agile mindset is inculcated for them to collaborate and perform. I have always focused relentlessly on removing impediments from teams and facilitated them to deliver customer-centric products and features. Led teams of up to 9 people across technology, business, and design departments. My main role as a Scrum Master is to facilitate and guide the Scrum team to ensure they perform as a cross functional team. As a servant leader, I consider myself a problem solver who eliminates obstacles and distractions that may negatively impact the team or prevent them from accomplishing goals or being predictive. As an RTE I have the experience of facilitating ART and PI Planning. My role also serves as the liaison between Scrum teams and enablers and external stakeholders; collaboration with other people and teams, such as the Product Management and vendors. My constant goal is to achieve the Program Increment (PI) objective of delivering value in a predictable way and continuous coaching and facilitating of teams to improve knowledge, capability, and velocity. For me nurturing change agents who can prioritize value stream and adopt system thinking is important. I believe PI objectives can only be achieved by mitigating risks and managing dependencies. I have successfully performed in the following domains – Airlines, Insurance, Banking, Utilities, HR, Customer Service, Health Service and Supply Chain.
