Lead the installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, including air handling units, FCU, ductwork, piping, controls, and associated equipment.Manage the installation, of chilled water lines, including piping layout, insulation, pressure testing, and water treatment to ensure optimal performance and efficiency.Provide on-site supervision and guidance to MEP technicians, subcontractors, and laborers, ensuring adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.Coordinate with project managers, engineers, architects, and other stakeholders to plan and schedule MEP activities, resolve technical issues, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.Conduct inspections and quality checks to verify compliance with design drawings, specifications, building codes, and industry standards, identifying and addressing deviations or deficiencies as needed. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to effectively commur with project stakeholders and team members.
