Major Toll Site: Searle Pharma Pakistan, Epla Lab, Breeze Pharma, Novamed Pharma, Maple Pharmaceutical and BioGenices Responsibilities are following additional to last assignment. • Ensure MRP planning, execution and controlling the procurement operations • Leadership role with the company procurement team for smooth processing. • Ensure the timely deliveries from vendor/supplier at all toll site for smooth production. • To identify and select suitable strategic suppliers/Vendor and negotiate contractual agreements • Develop alternate sources for key commodities to avoid supplier dependencies • Develop all report relating to procurement and ensure timely delivery of all related data. • Support new product development and implementation of a procurement as per business strategy • Analyze procurement performance and create report for decision making. • Carryout sourcing for suppliers, Supplier Analysis and Negotiations and interface with supplier on issue that affect company supplier operations • Maintain close liaison with suppliers on production capacities, readiness and material supply • Ensure stock audit of Packaging and Raw Materials at all toll site and also prepared reconciliation sheet for write in/off. • Develop, maintain and responsible for accuracy of static data parameters in ERP’s aligned with latest stock policy. Suggesting means to improve it for achieving business goals with continuous improvement in supply chain system. • To examine the process at hand and take steps for improvement and cost reduction. • Maintain good relationship with suppliers/vendor and ensure that the flow of materials remain unhampered.

Since this job was required great potential and extra ordinary dedication to the work and purely customer services related and document related Responsibilities are following additional to last assignment. • Managing sale admin activities such as order processing, payment collection, stock despatches discount / commission for Pharma & Animal Health segments in Life Science Business. • Manage timely despatched of stocks from warehouse by providing necessary guidelines to warehouse responsible. • To manage the 15 distributors with all institutions and more than 300 customer nation-wide. • Manage to execute all distributors’ orders on daily basis and their timely dispatches in ERP environment. • Manage of payments receipts from customers and process them into the system by the concerned team member. • Manage and follow-up with the credit assigned customers for their timely payments. • Reconcile Sales and Inventory at every month closing. • To check the inventory level at warehouses and intimate the concerns to maintain the required inventory level. • Manage to process customers’ claims pertaining to trade discounts, brand merchandising, stock discrepancies, rebates etc. and lesion with finance for their timely settlement. • Deal with all the customer queries regarding their invoiced orders, stock despatches, stock availability, credit balances, final settlements, ledger reconciliation etc. • Carry monthly stock audit at Karachi warehouse to avoid any stock discrepancy. • Prepare monthly and daily reports on different tracks for Sale Admin Manager, Material Manager and Supply Chain Manager

Worked as Logistics Officer in Pure Telepthalic Acid manufacturing business of ICI which is the only plant in Pakistan established for producing PTA with an investment of USD 500millons.
