PRL Maintenance and Inspection Turnaround 2024 - Review and execute maintenance plans of civil scope such as construction of roads, retrofitting of buildings, foundations, insulation, wrapping & coating of pipelines, painting, masonry works, refractory works, carpentry, plumbing, excavation, sandblasting, and scaffolding in refinery premises. - Monitor project progress and resolve any issues that may arise during the execution phase. - Review project specifications, drawings, and contracts to ensure adherence to quality standards and regulations. - Supervise activities on-site to ensure compliance with maintenance plans, specifications, and safety standards. - Conduct regular site inspections and quality control checks to ensure workmanship meets established standards. - Compliance of HSEQ standards in daily jobs and maintenance tasks. - Manage labor, equipment, and materials to ensure efficient utilization and timely completion of tasks/Jobs. - Make decisions regarding methods, materials, and techniques to optimize project outcomes & develop contingency plans to mitigate risks. - Maintain accurate records of maintenance tasks and activities, including daily progress reports, inspection logs, and BOQs. - Prepare regular progress reports and communicate project status updates. - Ensure all necessary permits, approvals, and documentation are obtained and maintained throughout the project lifecycle and before the actual commencement of work at site. - Implement quality assurance procedures to ensure that work meets regulatory requirements and industry standards. - Address any non-conformities or deficiencies promptly and implement corrective actions as necessary.

Project "The Views - Emaar Oceanfront Karachi" High-rise Building - Collaborate with different departments (MEP, Design & Planning) within the organization to ensure smooth project execution and to facilitate effective communication and workflow. - Participate in on-site activities to oversee and ensure that project execution aligns with the approved plans, specifications, and quality standards. - Collaborate with on-site teams to address real-time issues, provide technical guidance, and facilitate problem-solving. - Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify potential challenges, and implement corrective actions as needed. - Work closely with contractors, subcontractors, and construction teams to ensure seamless communication and cooperation on-site - Act as a point of contact for any site-related queries and provide timely responses to ensure the continuity of construction activities. - Document and report on-site progress, challenges, and resolutions to the project management team. - Facilitate regular meetings to discuss project progress, challenges, and solutions. - Assist in the allocation of resources, including manpower, materials, and equipment, to meet project requirements. - Coordinate with consultants as needed for project success.

1. Project "Islamic Tower-I (G+7) " Karachi Revenue Judicial Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Karachi" 2. Project "Remodeling of Residential Restrooms and Kitchen, Malir Cantonment, Karachi 3. Project "Reconstruction of fallen boundary wall 1000 rfts, AG Sindh Employees Cooperative Housing Society, Scheme-33, Karachi." Responsibilities: - Gathering resources, including employees, tools, machines and physical material procurement.Inspecting equipment and subletting small parts of the project. - Using computer software to enhance the planning and designing of the project, preparing BOQs and weekly progress reports. - Overseeing progress and safety on construction site.

2021 UNDP Project “Strengthening Tsunami & Earthquake Preparedness in Pakistan" Participated in creation and maintenance of project tracking tools, verifying clear communication of inherent expectations and responsibilities. Audited incoming data points, collating information into usable planning packages for project management personnel. Took active part in site visits leading to data collection required for analysis, preparing necessary documentation for project staff to employ during on-site inspections.

2020 World Bank Project “Seismic Hotspot Analysis and Mitigation Investment Plan for Karachi” -Participated in creation and maintenance of project tracking tools, verifying clear communication of inherent expectations and responsibilities. -Audited incoming data points, collating informationinto usable planning packages for project management personnel. -Reported regularly to managers on project progressand technical problems.

-Assisted with engineering calculations, analyzing drawings, preliminary cost estimates and field visits to observe construction progress. -Prepared design documents, alignments, specifications, criteria details and estimates. -Participated in site visits, helping to survey ongoingand planned installations and retrofits.
