Preparation & Planning of all TA Maintenances (Preventive, Predictive & Corrective) for assigned plant. Extraction of data from SAP & compilation of Preliminary TA Job lists. (Stationary, Rotary, E&I, PSVs, Control Valves and P& V). Conducting Scope optimization Workshops with Operations, Inspection and Maintenance personnel to finalize & freed the TA jobs and their turnaround detailed scopes (services & spares) Initiation & expediting the spares procurement process in close co-coordination with Materials & Inventory Department to ensure the deliveries on time. Conduct site visits, as required with Maintenance, outsourcing representative to evaluate job scope Preparation of detailed scope of works based upon the inputs from Maintenance , Inspection & operations with requirements of manpower & equipment. Compilation of complete Job Packages which comprises of detail job scope, Resource estimation plan (Equipment & Manpower), Spares, Reference Drawings, Technical Procedures, HSE requirements and Job schedule. Preparation of purchase requisitions(PRs) for all the identified services required to carryout the safe & successful completion of Turnaround in specified duration. Technical Clarifications & Evaluation of the contractor's proposal received against the PRs in coordination with peers. Preparation & integration of schedules to MASTER TURNAROUND SCHEDULE and identification of the optimization possibilities for Critical path & other turnaround activities. Arranging & leading sessions for creation of interference schedule by identify conflicting work locations among different jobs & execution authorities to improve execution efficiency. Preparation of turnaround report with actual resources consumed along with lessons learnt upon the completion of turnaround. Submitting data for (KPI) performance parameters to the higher management. TA budget preparation & cost control throughout all the phases of turnaround management cycle.

Creation of construction & shutdown plans (in Primavera) in conjunction with discipline engineers. Manage and control contract resources in order to facilitate the engineering construction plans. E.g. scaffolding, hire equipment, cranes etc. Develop and manage relationships with key service providers including equipment overhaul/refurbishment and management of quality critical hold points. Ensure the completion of appropriately detailed plans and costs for a monthly and weekly look ahead. Understand and able to utilize planning tools such as MS excel, Access, MS Project, Primavera. Track, monitor and forecast progress of all activities and deliverable such as products, engineering documents , fabrication status and construction of all discipline. Monitor, manage and review defined KPI at business review meetings. Monitoring of contracts and critical activities procedures with construction team and Hold regular discussion and meetings with the supervision staff. Preparation of Weekly, Monthly progress actual quantities comparison with planned values to ensure the proper implementation of the work plan. Analysing the differences between the quantities planned and the total quantities from the items input. Preparation of progress delay analysis reports & Evaluation of weekly productivity factors by using earned and actual man-hours. Monitoring progress against the Plan (S-curve) at various levels on weekly and monthly basis Monitor the reporting system with partner companies and sub-contractors. Heading the weekly planning coordination meeting with construction and sub-contractors. To update the punch list clearance.

Develop baseline Schedules using Primavera Preparation of Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) Analysis of Critical path & near Critical paths Performing schedule reviews to ensure dates, durations & logical relationships are in line with current project strategies Estimation of manpower, equipment, materials & consumables in consultation with Operations and Commissioning Team Performing what-if analysis to highlight impacts of expected changes. Performing Schedule Risk analysis. Simulating what-if situations for change order management process. Performing schedule reviews with Project Teams to ensure that dates, duration & logical relationships are in line with the current project strategies.

Supervision of Technical Work Request (TWR) Piping,Heat Exchangers (Tube & Plate Types), Vessels, Drums, Columns, Air Fin Coolers, Strainers, Furnaces in Polyethylene, Ethylene, Hexene, AGRU/SRU and Utilities. Preparation of Manpower and Equipment deployment plans. Preparation Recovery Plans, Manpower and Equipment requirements for the short falls. Tracking and updating schedule using Primavera - P6. Development of the Shutdown Execution Plan and generating work packs covering technical Monitoring the progress to ensure that the shutdown is progressing as planned & targets are being met. Raised flags if targets were likely to slip, identification of potential hold-ups and devising the solution for them to ensure the achievement of targets. Prepare progress monitoring and cost analysis report for higher management. Preparation of Weekly and Monthly progress reports, Catch up schedules, Statistical Resource Analysis Reports for the Management and client. Liaison with client regarding documentation approvals (Method Statements, Job Safety Analysis, Rigging Studies, Inspection Work Lists and Additional Scope Requests etc.) and anticipated bottlenecks ensuring smooth progress. Complete study of given scope of work & rigging studies. Ensuring that staff/workers following the HSE rules & regulation.
