Job Responsibilities: • Sourcing vendors to buy raw materials for the new Paper mill & Board plant. • Handling bulk buying of raw material from international vendors i.e. Pulp and waste Paper for Paper mill & Board plant. • Handling procurement of chemicals for Paper mill & Board plant. • Managing Purchase function (P2P) having volume of 4 Billion indirect material locally & Internationally. • Using SAP S4 Hanna. • Supervising paper godown for local raw material buying. • Coordinating closely with finance team, Clearing agents, transporters & bank for smooth delivery of material.

Job Responsibilities: • Handling bulk buying of CRC & HRC sheets. • Handling bulk procurement of Oil & Lubricants. • Handling procurement of Capex/Opex material. • Managing Purchase function (P2P) having volume of 1 Billion indirect material locallay & Internationally.

• Handling overall procurement activities related to Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills. • Assisting General Manager Procurement in Group Capex projects. • Assisting Purchase Manager with high responsibility and loyalty for smooth and efficient purchasing activities. • Establish and maintain high standards of relationships with suppliers for the most cost-effectiveness and favourable services. • Working as part of Centralize Purchase Function of six Companies of Ghulam Faruque Group. • Procuring construction material for Cherat Packaging. • Facilitate Audit team to examine Procurement Transactions. • Ensure appropriate procurement lead of all Electrical, Mechanical, Tools and Hardware. • Also looking multiple projects at Cherat Cement, Greaves Airconditioning. • Executing multiple projects on group level. • Estimating and establishing cost parameters and budgets for purchases. • Working with team members and Procurement Manager to complete duties as needed.. • Handling logistics activities for the delivery of material at Mirpurkhas Sugar Mills. • Executing P2P cycle. • Working on SAP MM module.

• Setting up the weekly, monthly, quarterly procurement plan. • Effectively worked on multiple projects related to expansion at LTM-5. • Worked on vendor development. • Executed all project related to expansion at newly established weaving unit. • In the year 2016 & 2017, achieved approximately PKR 8.8 million costs saving through movement of excess inventory in different units of LTML. • Consulting Production and Technical people within the organization and external professionals during acquisition, Installation or modification Projects • Procurement of material, spare parts, equipment from local and international market. • Handling overall activities related to procurement of LTM5 under construction unit at Kathore. • Development of alternative local sources which helps in cost saving. • Evaluate suppliers in order to meet OTIF (On Time in Full). • Ensure timely and consistent availability of right quality products. • To monitor stock position of inventory items with the assistance of respective Stores In-charge.

• Forwarding cases regarding payments of suppliers. • Making comparisons sheets. • Generating purchase orders on ERP. • Handling procurement of Mechanical, Electrical and spare parts. • Handling procurement for newly established weaving unit. • Recommended as a QMS (quality management services) co-coordinator for ISO 9001 certification. • Handling all documentation work of procurement department. • Coordination with users and store for maintaining stock. • Maintaining purchase orders records efficiently. • Handling the repair jobs for maintenance departments. • Co-ordination with accounts department for timely payments of supplier.
