-Provides one-on-one career counseling to students, assisting with career exploration, resume and cover letter writing, career assessment facilitation, and interview preparation. -Develop and facilitates outreach presentations on job search strategies, networking, and professional development, with experience presenting to undergraduate students on Career Education content. -Maintains up-to-date knowledge of job market trends and employer expectations to provide relevant advice. -Supports students in creating personalized career action plans and setting achievable and attainable career goals. -Utilizes career services technology and tools, including the implementation of MySkills into advising sessions, to track student engagement and assess the effectiveness of advising services. -Participates in candidate interviews, providing input on qualifications and fit to help finalize the selection process for staff support roles.
