After Foursight Capital was acquired by OneMain Financial, I have continued my career with the company as a dedicated recruiter within OneMain Financial’s Auto division. I specialize in identifying and securing top talent to support our growing automotive lending operations. My role encompasses the full recruitment lifecycle. Sourcing: Proactively identifying qualified candidates through strategic outreach and talent pipeline development. Interviewing: Conducting thorough screening and interviews to assess candidate fit, both technically and culturally. Offering: Managing the offer process, ensuring a smooth and positive candidate experience from selection to acceptance. Onboarding Support: Collaborating with HR and hiring managers to facilitate a seamless transition for new hires into their roles. I take pride in building strong relationships with candidates and internal stakeholders, contributing to a high-performing and mission-driven team. My work directly supports OneMain’s commitment to delivering exceptional service and financial solutions in the auto finance space.

Utilizing various channels such as job boards, social media, and other sourcing strategies to identify and attract top candidates. Reviewing resumes, conducting phone screens, virtual. and in-person interviews to assess candidates’ skills and cultural fit for the company. Co-founder of a startup staffing agency driving growth and operational excellence through effective implementation processes. I played a key role in designing and executing end-to-end staffing solutions. I developed and implemented robust strategies for sourcing, screening, and placement by utilizing technology and data insights. Unfortunately, our business endeavors came to a close with the economic impacts of COVID-19.
